Lindsay is a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, a certified TRX Instructor and Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist.

Lindsay has been working within the fitness industry for a decade and has developed a unique approach with her clients. Lindsay’s approach to fitness and exercise focuses on developing strength and function to improve mobility and facilitate the performance of daily activities with ease.

After coaching in boutique studios in Toronto, and a brief time at an OrangeTheory Fitness studio, Lindsay learned that she prefers and values a more personalized approach to helping and coaching clients to make a more impactful and meaningful difference in their health and well-being. Making a difference in women’s health and seeing purposeful, sustainable and impactful results is Lindsay’s mission. Lindsay is a consummate professional with a genuine goal of helping women’s health, wellness and quality of life.

As a mom of two young children, Lindsay understands the challenges of balancing family, a career and keeping a focus on health and wellness. With her lived experience, professional experience and ever-growing knowledge base, Lindsay is confident in her ability to help moms-to-be and new moms with personal fitness goals, challenges and hectic schedules.
